1) I think it is a picture from a book that Quentin Blake illustrated.

3)I think he might have made the children grey and the birds colourful because he wanted to make the birds stand out.
4)I think that the children are on an adventure and colourful birds are coming out of their bag.

3) Quentin chose birds to be colourful because they can fly whereever they like. Children are shown in grey colour because they are very tired of walking on the school trip.
4) In the picture both the birds and children seem to be very happy.
